Republic Act 10611 otherwise known as the Food Safety of 2013 was signed into law by President Benigno Aquino strengthen countrys regulatory structure. It primarily adheres declaration Philippine constitution safeguard promote people health keep them from risk trade mismanagement well hazardous unsafe products. The affirms vital componentof nation-building facilitate healthy economy, system, community, people. On other hand, altered security hampers economic development straining care systems, weakening productivity, damaging economy.It istherefore imperative realize significance attain nationssustainable advancement. Nonetheless, there been less evidence on status hygiene practices establishments.Mainly, study aimed determine establishments. Inparticular,it answered assessment respondents establishments personal hygiene, preparation practices, storage, andutensils equipment. Likewise, it identified perceived same groups in terms handling, physical condition, management standards implementation. also investigated if significant difference between perspectives problems encountered To purpose study, survey type research conducted employing survey-questionnaire main instrument data gathering.
